

Diane Eugenio, M.D.
Dr. Eugenio received her medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, Georgia, and completed her Internal Medicine residency at Greenville Health System which is affiliated with the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. Her special interests include women’s health, preventative medicine, cardiovascular disease management, and mental health wellness. She believes in developing a team approach to care in order to create a lasting and beneficial doctor-patient relationship.

Lynnette J. Guirao, M.D.
Dr. Guirao received her medical degree from the University of the Philippines and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Primary Care track at Jacobi Medical Center, and a fellowship in Geriatrics at Montefiore Medical Center, both under the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. She is certified by the Board of Internal Medicine and Geriatrics. Her special interests include chronic disease management (such as diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, obesity and COPD), preventative care, women’s health and geriatric syndromes).

Adam Scher, M.D.
Dr Scher received his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine, and completed his residency at the Greenville Health System. His special interests include chronic disease management and cardiovascular risk reduction (diabetes management, hypertension, cholesterol management, heart failure), preventive medicine and screening. Dr Scher is currently accepting new patients!

Daniel Smith. M.D
Dr. Smith received his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Greenville Health System, where he served as Chief Resident during his final year of residency. His special interests include hypertension, cardiovascular risk reduction, preventative health, and edema. He lives with his wife, Lindsey, and daughter, Emma Gray, in Greenville.
